By accessing, using, or placing an order with Hostvortex, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to the entire website, any email or other type of communication between you and Hostvortex, as well as any interactions with our services.
Under no circumstances shall Hostvortex be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials and services provided by Hostvortex, even if Hostvortex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You assume all costs related to servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data resulting from your use of our materials or services. Hostvortex shall not be responsible for any outcomes resulting from the usage of our resources.
We reserve the right to modify prices and revise our resource usage policy at any time.

Hostvortex grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The use of the website for purposes beyond personal access requires prior written consent.
Users are solely responsible for the content they stream through Hostvortex. By using the service, you agree not to stream, store, or distribute content that violates any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to copyrighted material without permission, illegal or illicit content, hateful or violent material, or any form of content that violates third-party rights. Hostvortex reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that, in our sole discretion, is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms. We are open to implementing additional restrictions if required to comply with legal obligations or payment provider policies.

The Hostvortex service may provide limited-duration cloud storage for live stream recordings ("VODs") to allow content creators access to their past broadcasts. This storage is temporary and intended for personal access only. Stored content is accessible only to the account owner and is not publicly shareable through Hostvortex. Hostvortex does not act as a content hosting or distribution platform. Retention periods may vary based on the user’s plan, and we reserve the right to delete stored content automatically after a defined period.
If you register for any of our recurring payment plans, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time each fee or charge is due. Payments are billed automatically according to your selected plan.
Users are responsible for ensuring valid and authorized payment methods are used for transactions. In cases of disputed charges or chargebacks, Hostvortex reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access until the dispute is resolved. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to a permanent ban from the platform.
Hostvortex offers several subscription plans. By subscribing to any of these plans users agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. No refunds of prepaid, unused fees shall be issued, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement or as required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user. The renewal charge will remain the same as the previous cycle unless there are changes to the subscription plan or pricing Users must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failure to do so may lead to suspension or termination of their subscription.
Payments for our services are processed through a third-party payment provider. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the refund policies of our payment provider. Users must submit refund requests directly to the payment provider within the timeframe specified in their terms. Hostvortex does not process refunds directly and has no control over the refund decisions made by the payment provider. Users are encouraged to review the payment provider’s refund policies before making a purchase. If you have issues with a payment, please contact the payment provider’s support or refer to their refund terms.
Users who are dissatisfied with the service are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance or resolution. Hostvortex reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes. Continuing to use the service after the new pricing takes effect signifies acceptance of the updated rates.
Users can cancel their subscription anytime through their account settings. Access to subscribed features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellations before the cycle ends will not be eligible for refunds. Refunds will not apply to terminated accounts due to violations of these Terms.
This Agreement shall commence when you agree to these Terms by completing the signup process and continue until terminated. Hostvortex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the service, or fail to make required payments. Termination due to a violation will not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting support.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Hostvortex has the right to use, modify, and incorporate them into our services without obligation to you.
Our service may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by us. Please review their terms and conditions as we are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of these third-party websites is at your own risk.

To improve your experience, we allow users to link third-party streaming accounts to the service for easier synchronization of streaming data. The following platforms are supported, and the user’s consent is required for integration:

To remove any data previously synced from third-party services, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your Hostvortex account.
2. Go to the Account menu and select "Connected Apps."
3. Find the app you wish to unlink and click "Unlink" to delete synced data.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your use of the service, breach of this agreement, or violation of third-party rights.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be free from errors, interruptions, or that it will meet your expectations. We disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our liability, regardless of the cause, is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or personal injury, arising from the use or inability to use the service.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement will remain in effect. If any provision is deemed invalid, it will be modified to reflect the intent of the original provision, as much as possible.

In the event of a pricing error or incorrect information listed for any product or service due to typographical mistakes, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products or services. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If your credit card has been charged and the order is canceled, we will promptly issue a refund to your payment account.
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable by a court of law, the rest of the agreement will remain valid. Any waiver of a provision will only be effective if documented in writing and signed by an authorized representative. In the event of a breach or potential breach, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief without the need for bond or surety. Users must not use the app in any way that violates laws, infringes on others' rights, or disrupts its functionality. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Hostvortex operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to arbitrate claims individually, not as part of a class action.
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or government regulations.
