Your bitrate determines video quality. When multistreaming, you are bound by the lowest bitrate platform you target. Always check each platform's recommended and maximum upload bitrate before going live.
💡 Because HostVortex handles multistream distribution server-side, your OBS only needs to send one stream. Target 5,900 kbps for 1080p60 — this keeps you safely under Twitch's 6,000 kbps cap while avoiding ingestion hiccups. For 720p30, aim for 2,500–4,000 kbps.

💡 Tip: In OBS, set your encoder preset to Quality or Balanced rather than Max Quality when CPU headroom is limited.
